Out of no where,
The words arrive,
The poem begins,
You feel inspired,
You write down
A few lines
And then,
As if by magic
The rest starts
Coming, humming
Begging to become
Alive, as
Part of Life's sun,
And without planning,
It flows,
Till the end,
Surprising, even the poet
Is the birth of this blend.
This is how
I generally write,
Always an adventure,
With Passion,
Trying to reach
High,
Always wanting to reinvent
Life, Love and Poetry
As if they were
Paradise found,
In an embrace,
That victoriously surmounts
Life's saddest sounds.
I can relate thanks for sharing such creative piece. I love it is deep. Keep them coming
The poetic process very nicely described. As Susan says, your inspiration often takes you in a different direction than what you originally had in mind.
Ah, you let loose the creative spirit in you and described so poetically the fire that takes over as we begin ti write and sometimes burns along a different path than what we thought we'd take. Viva, Sandra's poetic voice! ! ! 10++
Poems truly come from the heart of a poet. Many and varied emotions turn into different kinds of poems. I love this poem, dear Ma’am Sandra....10++❤️
What a wonderful poem. So passionately and excellently crafted. Yes, like a river, our thoughts for our poems just flow. And sometimes you are surprised how you were able to weave those words foreign in your thoughts. Yes, poetry has its magic. A great heartfelt poem woven from the heart and mind of a great, true and dedicated Poetess. Onto my Poem List.
