You have failed this time,
So you are sad and gloomy,
It's natural,
Everybody in the society is discouraging you,
But the bright sun is still there,
It's shining brilliantly in the great sky,
See it and believe it,
Yes, it's for you,
It's always encouraging you,
Don't give up,
Try again,
You will definitely succeed soon.

Very meaningful and timely, dear poet. During my working life, I had to take great pains to convince top management that if someone in your team is not performing for years, it should also reflect on the boss. For, not finding his subordinate's talent, encouraging him, and taking sufficient pains to groom him.
