Erica - Poem by jalen dunn

She is coming to my house, introducing herself to me. She is teaching me cheers and dances. She is curling my hair and putting makeup on me. She is telling me secrets and telling me all about high school. She is calling me on the first day of school, teaching me the phrase she learned in Spanish class. She is leaving for a vacation with her friends. She's skiing And drinking hot chocolate. She's on her way home in the bus on the way home.
The driver is going too fast, and snow is falling from the sky. The bus crashes, January 7th. She is laying on the cold ground, trying to survive. She's on her way to the hospital, taking her last breaths.
She is an angel, in Heaven.
