In a few lines you have captured the whole effect of February rain! Beautiful and succinct!

In our country that has only two seasons, the dry and wet, we always experience rain more than any countries. We always see mud everywhere and colorful umbrellas and straw hats to prevent us from being soak. A lovely haiku well crafted. You always create a great picture.

February's rain comes suddenly in any moment and it makes clothes soaked, but this rain is very helpful to the farmers though it makes the dry soil into mud. Dear Kotas, you have very astutely inscribed many sights in a tiny poem. Thank u for sharing.10
