For Mom - Poem by shana mcmillen

A little older and a little wiser
without you mom i would be a little feistier
We had our fights and shed our tears
but when i needed you mom you were always there
Forgivness wasnt always easy and trust wasnt always there
but the one thing i could count on mom, was the love we always shared
A little braver and a lot stabler
without you mom i would be a little plainer
