Forever Blue Poem by Eyan Desir

Forever Blue

Rating: 5.0

I wish morn would come
and sweep her into my arms
How sad is it closing
A chapter before it unfurls

Heavy came the rains
With unsweetened memories
How hideous is the beauty
That never gets a chance to grow

How awful it is being stuck
In the valley of the mind
With loneliness at the side

It is mind bothering
whispering magic words
That never come true
And seeing tears in memories

How bitter is a vessel
Without a flower above..

the pedestal of its heart.
