Golden Recognition To Mother
In every great book comes amazing chapters
When pages are turned the story will end
The coldest day of my existence
Was knowing her soul sits on the other side
The woman made of iron is gone
My greatest inspiration sit on God's shores
She was a queen and a goddess
That walked and danced with mortal men
That is how she will be remembered
Her voice stood out in the dark
She brushed obstacles in my path
She gave light when there was none.
Who taught me what's right and wrong?
Who cleared the darkness in my skies
Mother! she was the one that taught
To live life without love means
Living life in vain, to shared love
Means one must suffer its pain.
Where there's life there is hope
Where there's hope man must keep on living.
Mother! you said never give in
When life spits monstrosity in my face
It's an ounce of pain that opens the mind's gate
Thank you mother for being the instrument
That molded me into the man I am.
The greatest book ever shared...
Was the life and times of my mother.
