Grandmum And Her Toddler Grandson At Cherbourg Beach.... Poem by Sylvia Frances Chan

Grandmum And Her Toddler Grandson At Cherbourg Beach....

Rating: 5.0

Grandmum And Her Toddler Grandson At Cherbourg Beach….

when climbing the rocky hills
Wow! There are certainly specific sensations
no, not daffodils' sensation
but the urbanization of Normandy

thinking back to Lower Normandy
is still like I left a few years ago,
but commercial has won from pure nature

Vinhie enjoys the titanium helicopters up and down
Vinhie especially enjoys this merry-go-round
any change in this neighbourhood is the new Cherbourg sound
that goes with the Merry-Go-Round with Vinhie up and down

the free-fall soldier still hangs on the classical church of Sainte-Mére-Eglise
how wonderous
through war memorials
and years gone by,
he faithfully continues to greet the daily passersby

Vinhie and I of course greet him back,
Vinhie experiences the soldier as real,
he salutes him in toddler's fancy way. and back….

Your are very lucky grandmother and Vinhie is too very fortunate to have you as grandmother. Your grandson was very crazy about Normandy visit.Holding your hand he tried to climb up the rocky path. New sensation he felt. Lower Normandy had given you mesmerizing attraction. Every sequence is wonderfully presented in this excellent poem...10

Poet is thoroughly enjoying her time with grandson and finding it very interesting and enjoyable. Life is too short to enjoy everything, you are very lucky and fortunate to spend leisure time with your Grandson, I am sure when he will grow up and read all these poems he will relish and cherish it. Awesome poem.10++++++
