Graveyard - Poem by Emma Kemp

I see closed gates with rusty locks and broken keys.
And silence is surrounding me.

I walk on broken stones and read faded lines.
And souls are haunting me.

I crunch dead flowers under my heavy shoes.
They wont matter.
What’s dead is dead forever.
