How Can We?
How can Creatures
That are able to love
Committe such hideous
Crimes of torture,
Murder too?
Against each other
And other living
Creatures, too?
Horrible paradox!
Edging or even being
Insanity,
Committing the profanity
Of murder!
Still, uncivilized!
They kill at will,
While the Devil, smiles
As his fatal venom
Spills and Kills.

Whenever i hear of such atrocities in the world, i wonder at man's cruel nature. Has all love and compassion disappeared?
