As we choose what to wear,
listen to, watch, or read,
we need to remember
what Holy Scriptures says about
how we spend our time
and on what we spend our time.
Time is what we want most
and what we use worst.
Sometimes our hearts
needmore time to
accept what our minds
already know.
Self-discipline begins
with the mastery of your thoughts
and how you make use of time.
