I Had My Tears Dried

Rating: 4.4

First, I needed to cry
In utter pain
On every shoulder
I cried my eyes out
I cried
On every shoulder
That was available
I found - all
I found - pity
Not mercy.

Then, I went to cry
At His doors
I laid my heart
Down
On to the ground
Before
I knocked
'I'm here'
I found
My heart was in His hands
Again
I had myself
Veiled from pain
Soaked in mercy
And, with 'Love',
Sealed.

Then, I went to cry At His doors I laid my heart Down On to the ground Before, , In complete surrender before Him one gets peace and happiness. There is nothing in worldly things that we waste our time to have. Nice poem. Liked its sincerity and simplicity. Thanks for posting and congratulation.

Universal...though often internal.
