I Need My Freedom
I need my freedom
As much as I need my bread
I need my thoughts to roam free
Even long after I am dead
I need my freedom
As much as I need the sun's ray
I need my mind without a chain
I can't wait to be free for some other day
I need my freedom
Would like to be as free as a brook
I need it in every breath I take
Not off and on as if in a fluke
I'm born free
I need my mind and heart to share
I need every one to be free
Before into the dark hole I retire
