I Need You Mom - Poem by India Watson

Where are you mom?
I need you,
I need you by my side.
When I cry at night
and no one can hear,
I want you to be there to wipe my tears
Do you really love me?
Well you claim you do,
but honestly,
are you telling the truth?
Sometimes I wonder
Why you pretend to care.
When everyday your not there
I need you
To comfort me when I need you the most
I need you
To help me mature, develope and grow
I need you
Even though we argue and fight
I need you
To say 'I love you' and kiss me goodnight
I might be growing up
I might be getting old
But I still need you
And always will need you
Until the days get cold.
I need you, Mom.
Where are you?

    Very nicely written India
    I feel with you.
A mother's love is something so precious
I am sure you will get more of it.

    Keep on writing
