If I should find no answers there
Where should I go instead?
To search for what I need the most
When hopes are lying dead,
It only takes a moment for
A leaf to gently fall,
Yet where it lies I too shall grieve
For I have lost it all.
If I should find no answers there
Then maybe I'll return,
A better, wiser, stronger man
For lessons I did learn,
It only takes a moment for
The clouds to blow away,
And life shall seem much brighter when
The sun shall light the day.
If I should find no answers there
What kind of fool am I?
To let the chance of precious love
So cruelly pass me by,
It only takes a moment for
Such grief to disappear,
The way into your loving heart
Does make my choice so clear.

How rational.. Fantastic flow and rhyme..How true it is that if we all just took but a moment we could find the answers we seek.. yet it takes just the same moment to turn a blind eye.. *shrugs*.. I enjoyed the read
