Inflict No Harm
You are cautious, be cautious,
While performing action,
If your action gives pain to others,
You will fall in sin of course.
Then you will reap pain in return,
Action will give fruit is true.
By thought, expression or by speech,
By action or by vision or by fun,
Please do not insult or give pain,
We receive that whatever we give,
We have to remember this every day,
You do not inflict violence at all,
Do not fall in sin to reap sorrows.
Few persons are there like these,
They do not think front or back,
Before decision or judgement,
A person should be very careful,
Or else this will fall on him,
And one day he will repent much.
Few give pain due to jealousy,
Due to hatred few give pain,
Getting sorrow another party cries,
Seeing this, pain-giver gets fun,
This is not justified at all,
Good human beings do not like.
Inflict no harm, give joy and smile,
Then only life will be cheerful.
Do not abduct freedom of others,
Under self control be right in action,
Walk ever in righteous way in light,
You have trust on God, feel this.
Forgive him if any one causes harm,
Nonviolence has power, love has power,
You inflict no harm and love all.

Anything that is painful is harmful so we should not become a reason of the pains.
A poem of great didactic value! The essence of it is the same golden principle preached by Jesus- 'Do unto others as you wish others done unto you'! A man free of hatred and jealousy will be able to love others and he will definitely be a happy person! Very inspirational! A sure 10
