Internationalyogaday.
Wisdom built-up by penance of sages
Rewarded in legacy for the whole humanity,
Yoga is the worship of the precious life,
In expression for the God our gratitude,
For giving us life with ample opportunities
For nurturing love and global fraternity,
By observance of it's special anniversary.
An anecdote it is of tranquility in life,
Otherwise full of turmoils and tensions,
Thrust on us by cut throat competitions
Bent on pushing in depressions and grief.
Its an anecdote too for the purification
Of soul and body, reinvigorating the duo
For worshiping Creator and his creations.
Love for humanity imbibes Yoga.
Let us celebrate the Day of Yoga,
Praying almighty that wisdom prevails
And His off springshonor His desire
Of Life In Tranquility and Co-existence.

In a world ridden with violence, greed and cut throat competition, people want to enjoy some serenity! Yoga, bequeathed to posterity through the penance and the strenuous efforts of the sages of ancient times, is a tranquilizer for the body and spirit. Besides its physical benefits, it has spiritual dimensions too! In solitude, when our mind is calm, we are filled with gratitude for our creator! The relevance of Yoga is convincingly articulated!
