Gulam Abbas Hashmi

Intoxicated - Poem by Gulam Abbas Hashmi

The transformation was quick
Audacious to impertinent
Under influence
Infectious influence
Terms are so quite correct
Tones vary
Under influence
Permeability questioned
Thoughts dissipate logic
Under influence
Bigotry fails humanity
Prejudice sustained
Under influence
Am I drunk?
Question remains question.
