Keep going with a heart made of light.. Conveying beautiful thought

A beautiful poem, a lovely rhyme scheme and the message is universal.

That last line redeems the poem. I wondered how you would resolve the crisis of this poem (because you don't leave us dangling) but what you show us is really wondrous. In the darkness the source of light is within us: we can rescue ourselves! ! And must do so. This is a poem of hope in an age of despair.
