Keep Walking Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Keep Walking

Rating: 5.0

I don't know whether
The path I am treading will
Take me to my goal
Or I will be lost in some
Wilderness and stay alone
Caressing a bruised soul

I don't know whether
I will see sunshine at the
End of the tunnel and feel joy
Or there will be darkness
Without moon and stars and
In desperation I will die

But I am born to keep
Walking in the path that is
Strewn with thorns and roses
My deeds will give me
What I deserve at the end; a heap
Of blames or lots of praises

I'll take the roses WITHOUT thorns, please. Each of us may 'deserve' some of each, praise and blame. : ) bri
