Let Love Be Like He Intended - Poem by Chanda Lena Mondoka

Let love be unconditional like his love
It does not hurt but freely gives
Love that pours softly like misty rains yet fills rivers
Confluence like rivers into the ocean that cries like a horseleech give-give
He gives it to you but you doubt it and say am not satisfied
As pure as a bride before her groom
Let that love remain as pure
Mmhm sometimes I wonder why you would lay your hand on me
Curse my body and defile its beauty
Because I loved a human like you, thinking you were worthy of me – my love

Running back with roses it looked like a rose bed in the garden
No! it was just a bouquet
You love me you whispered so tenderly
Your anger and malice you failed to hide and deny
Love aint worth any price its priceless

Like a grave- love unlike his- cries give –give
I cry unto thee give your love to me
Show me your ways not mine
Man only shapes and fashions me by love for him
I surrender my soul unto thee, let thy power take possession of my new heart
Your vital connection with m- love like you intended
Love like you created
You give it to me
