Luna And The Moon
(This happened a few weeks/days ago, not last night, the verse has been written earlier, thank you for your special attention, Sylvia FC)
Last night I saw Luna stalking the moon,
or was it the moon staring at Luna?
Anyway, it was almost a full moon
I saw Luna again exploring the neighbourhood so soon,
she invariably chooses our terrace
as her favourite viewing point
and if I just open the door to look at the moon,
Luna quickly rushes to sleep.
I'm still puzzled why she chose our house to sleep?
Isn't her boss looking for her?
No no, she won't get food from me,
because I don't want her as my cat,
she has to go home to eat and do the rest anyway.
A sultry wind blows over our neighbourhood
Our domestic help complains about Luna,
the hairs are so fine, very difficult to clean,
and our furniture doesn't have an easy time
if it takes too long for Ilonka to finish cleaning.
Luna has to wait outside.

Discovered this morn LUNA is on number 32 coming in. A delight discovery, hoe not for a few days only

Yes, her master is to blame, we have in Nederland a DUTCH popsinger with the name MAAN and that means Luna or Moon, perhaps MAAN is her favourite singer and that's why her two cats wear the name LUNA and MAAN
