The dance of the enchantress
The dance of God's own country,
The dance of the palm fringed back waters,
The dance of awesome nature!
Mohiniattam
The dance of languorous grace,
The dance of swings and sways,
The dance of dainty toes,
The dance of perfect rhythm!
Mohiniattam
The dance of Sopanam Music,
The dance of Edakka beats,
The dance of Krishna's flute,
The dance of Sarasvati's veena!
Mohiniattam
The dance of accurate heart beats,
The dance of tranquil mind,
The dance of inner beauty,
The dance of a pure soul!
