My Childhood Poem Collection -1 Poem by soulful heart

My Childhood Poem Collection -1

Rating: 4.9

Have you ever seen?
Have you ever been?
Where I live, its home
Here my first smile shone.

Some day I will leave it
To soar over new summit.
Then will I be all alone,
In my future dream home?

Very sweet! Very meaningful. too... rhyming also! Even as a child you had a glimpse of a home in the summit where you 'll go all alone leaving your earthly home!

Although you have written this poem when you were a child but believe me it is not childish at all, I loved it, keep on sharing more if you have :)

A great poem, to revisit once past writings can show how far you have come in life and in writing.

Though you wrote that it's your childhood poem, but it's a very matured one and fine too. I wish you not to be alone in your new home even! !

The poem was written in your childhood, but it is not at all childish. Even as a child you had the vision of soaring over a new 'summit', that's really wonderful!
