My Love, My Darling Poem by Patricia Gale

My Love, My Darling

Rating: 3.9

I can not take in enough of thee
It seems your eyes, smile and arms that hold me
have taken complete control over my being
I am left wondering around upon a cloud
Waiting and longing for the moment thou are near
To look into your beautiful ocean blue eyes
Is like looking into the heavens
When you smile you leave me breathless

My love, my darling how I need you
In your arms secure I be
A babe nestled in her cradle
Oh for this to last beyond eternity
My soul I vow to thee, my heart is nothing without you
My love, my darling

Patricia, how do you do it? You are mistress of the romantic word? No-one writes so captivating as you..... for sure, this is just lovely. HG: -) xx
