Enchanting Peacocks! Nature's pride!
Emperor of colours, fantabulous!
Incomparable peacock blue reigning above every blue,
Impressive colour that holds your eyes,
Intuitive blue that conquers your heart!
What was God thinking, O! Enchanting Peacock?
When He created you and adorned you?
With incredible feathers and plume so beautiful!
That the nature would stand still motionless in wonderment,
Thundering showers pouring down in curious bewilderment!
The peacocks danced in rain,
Tip toe, tip toe, with rhyming raindrops,
The glorious dance of fan and feathers,
The Nature's dance of enchantment, indeed!
A Sonnet
