Nothing Else Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

Nothing Else

Rating: 5.0

When we were apart
I thought of you alone
I didn't enjoy anything
No matter if I wanted to
Yr white hair and brown eyes
Was all I thought about
Now, that you are gone
I could do whatever I want
And what I want to do
Is to go to bed and curl up
Besides you and hold you once more

Emotinally packed poem. We really miss few souls.

The difficulty of breaking up and letting go, is well conveyed through this poem's gripping words and images. Nice work!
