Overcome - Poem by kottrell johnson

We Shall overcome

' We shall overcome not as a race but as people

Therfore you can’t substitute we as a race but as the well being of all humanity

We share this life bearing planet in the eyes of brotherhood.

In the eyes of the almighty himself we are all equal.

so when it’s inequality we as a people shall love thy Neighbor.

So Whom who seize the day through violence is lost

lost in the struggle of power and should be taught

taught the meaning of compromise and understanding

thats the only way people of different backgrounds and cultures can complete the ultimate goal

and that ultimate goal is to overcome.'
