A too simple
Simply in simple dress
A calm and composed husband
Has a wife
Too talkative too sounding
Her too many glass bangles
Too much of fighting, sounding
Her flashy attire
Flashy bindi flashily sounding
Often her painted lips
Letting out a gargling laughter
A modernized lady thunder..
Thundering she goes out
Mindless to be at home often
Why? ..she's such a character
He and she are poles apart
But, despite the poles apart
Earth functions for her lifes
Now, think about why so much needed
For his kids a calm dad of good deeds
This earth offers vast space....the reserve bank has all the money! We forget the global resources but only keep on fighting for possessing more and more! Greediness brings all worries and troubles!
A beautiful poem with a meaningful message. Great thoughts to ponder about. Nice presentation, ma'am Indira.
Indira, your astute poem so wonderfully sums up the adage: opposites attract. And: Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. Thoroughly enjoyed your poem, esteemed poetess!
Spouses, they work alongside each other to become the foundation that upholds the family. Indeed, as you correctly observed, they have vastly different personalities. Full *****
Still they dwell together and live on to raise their family. Good poem for unity in diversity.

I would like to translate this poem
'too many glass bangles', 'flashy attire', 'Flashy bindi' and things of that sorts are the causes that put them poles apart. An excellent poem that can be comprehended from many angles! I liked this wonderful poem!
Thank you Dillip for this prompt comment...wonderful message in there....thank you
