Of course it'll work for I've done this before
It won't take long for attention to draw
But just remember to do it in sync
That should get them and they'll be tickled pink
Left leg to the front and the right behind
Then lift up the hands it will blow their minds
There will be applause when the show's complete
Then they'll feed us with more than we can eat
These two clever raccoons has got it sorted. They do look so appealing and cute so it's so easy to encourage them by reward. After reading Pamela's comment, I reread the poem and was surprised at the new images I got from the poem without the title and picture.
We don't have raccoons in this part of the world but I understand that they are very intelligent and will actually beg for their food. Thanks Simone
Another great poem/picture combo in your Prayer series. Clever raccoons. When I try this, they throw rocks : -)

I would like to translate this poem
They do really seem to know the power of prayer. I was both amused and enlightened by your verse, Loke. There are so many raccoons in my part of the world. I confess I've never seen one in prayer. I have seen a few shaking what looked like a fist (paw?) at me. A great poem.
