Prince Of Egypt.... Poem by Sylvia Frances Chan

"Dark eyes are the closest
then the light blue eyes
that are glistening….
of course, you know Moses
that man from God in the Holy Scriptures
please, read the words about him
but you have to listen also, to him
he is the chief ot his tribe
he is the Prince of Egypt
just search for that word in the Bible
when you are wandering in the text
behold each word you'll meet
Moses in the desert with God
In Psalm 90 again about Moses
constantly accompanied by God
when he became 120 years old,
God asked him to climb on the mountain
he said his farewell speech to his folk
God brought him to the burial spot,
unknown but never odd
according to the Thora, the Bible of the Jews
that is The Old Testament of the Holy Bible
all five Books in the Thora are about Moses
by God's greatest love for us,
I have submitted these words,
nothing absurd....
God is a God of the living and the dead
Just think of Moses with Elijah next to Jesus
Elijah and Jesus are still alive
Moses was buried by God Personally
the one and only true Prince Of Egypt....
