Proxy Love.
There is no
Substitute
For real Love,
No magic potion
That turns
Night into
Brilliant day.
Come what may,
Trying to find
A substitute
For real Love
Is time lost,
In every possible
Way.
Love,
A feeling
So unique
It can hardly be
Described with words!
For its hidden Victory
Resides,
In the force
That never lets
It die,
And in the lifelong
Course if follows,
That can never
Be denied.
Trying to find love's stand-in is just wasting time. There is only love. Great poem!
