Mirage shimmers hacked on a thorn
A rainbow killed an a Butterfly shorn
The Maelstrom like a gale wind plows
To Dissipate that which nature blows
Growl and prowl the dogs at large
The wizened ones break and barge
To a different land a far off place
Frolic on decks, spray in the face
In a dream and realm on placid lake
Steady strum and the parting wake
Serendipity for chirpy ones a picnic is
Leave turtle crawls and dash for bliss

The poem speaks of wisdom in a light and easy-on-mind way. Metaphors have been chosen very aptly both for languor and lethargy.
