Seventeenth Rain Of November - Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

This is November with little cold
Today is seventeenth day of love
Clouds have come to make us bath
With drops of rain to remove pain.

Whole day this is raining here
We are not going outside to wet
Muddy roads we find on concretes
Odd day flood has come on near.

Water streams are flowing from
From roofs to streets we all see
Streams are flowing to streams
They have united with rivers seas.

They are in search of one ocean
As we sail and search eternal point
They are too doing exact to teach
Father's cosmic laws witness rain.

It is a very rainy day here too. I see the runoff, gathering in rivulets and converging into streams. All trying to find its way back to the sea to start the process again. Thanks, Kumarmani (Report) Reply
