Smiles
Meanings a smile wraps
Is of umpteen numbers.
A young girl's smile
To a young boy denotes
Her offer to love him.
An elderly one should realise
It to be her respect.
To a child it is her liking
A student's smile is a request
For more knowledge.
A teacher smiles in satisfaction
Smiles of gratefulness is great
Forced smiles carry jealousy
Beware, one who doesn't smile
A smile conveys a number of emotions depending on who carries that smile and to whom it is meant! A smile can be an expression of love or joy! It can also be a contemptuous smile. However a well meaning smile can ignite many hearts. Unlucky are those who cannot smile as they may not get any love from others! A good poem denoting the nuances of smile!

Normally, a smile that is heartily shown/ given creates a ripple of happiness and joy. It carries magic. The way we smile can create friendship or enemy. A smile so genuine can create a bond that can touch our heart. A smile imbued with sarcasm invites animosity.

Different menifestations of smiles very nicely explained in the poem, loved the definitions. 'Beware, one who doesn't smile' - yes, only hard hearted persons do not or cannot smile, they even cannot fake a smile.
