All new born
are similar.
Embodiment of purity, innocence,
sinless as flowers,
without any feeling
of mine and yours.
Their needs are least,
crying is their unique language,
minds have no room
for all social malaise.
Each is a soft pad of clay, can be moulded to any form,
it easily embraces.
Positive and negative notions,
differential emotions,
discriminations,
get very easy access
into their brain.
Individual grows up
with all boons and banes.
Social evils, sins, ego, anger,
greed and the resultant commotions
that plague our society
are the outcomes of
what is embedded in these
naive brains by the adults.
Therefore adults must
change their cult, try to
inculcate noble thoughts
and highest ideals in children
to bring out good results.

Beautiful poem, Nabakishore ji. The new born are ever so innocent and pure. As they grow up, the parents have to guide them and teach them to retain the innocence
Children are the future of a country. Adults must play their part in molding them to become better persons. A wonderful and well expressed poem of great insight
