Nightingale O' nightingale
Why do you sing a sorrowful tune?
Why do you weep?
My love is gone to war
But I know he will return
Yr song echoes the same
So, I continue to wait until the sound of
the gallop of his horse
I know it won't be long
For him to be in my arms
Wow awesome. Love and war are often synonymous. They can be found in each other. And love has the power to overcome the war. Bravo!
That sorrowful tune of the nightingale, is that a prediction? I hope not the songbird is right. TOP Marks, LeeAnn.
