Stop Yr Sobbing
I will never forget you
I have yr name carve into my soul
I cannot forget the love you have shown
I will remember you on cold rainy nights
As I cry myself to sleep
I'll remember you in the dreams
Of what will be
You are my past, present, and future
And without you, my life is futile
Because you fill me with happiness
You insane dog, I love you with my being
So, don't worry, I'll be back
I gotta admit that I'm a little confused about this one, LeeAnn. Is the poem about a love interest that went sour (mine initial interpretation) ? Or is it about the love you have for dogs? Both work very well making the poem absolutely brilliant!
The loss of a best friend is so hard to bear. Wonderfully well expressed, LeeAnn.
