Take My Salute
I salute you, My Teachers!
Who taught me alphabets and letters,
Words and sentences,
Science, history, literature and mathematics.
My whole life is based upon the edifice built by you
It has progressed step by step from A to Z,
From simple numbers to complex calculations
With your blessings, kindness and grace.
It was the wonder you wrought for me and million others
Sharing knowledge in endless
And showering greatness.
On this auspicious day
Take my Salute,
Oh Teachers of my school,
And all Teachers of the globe!

Without the Gurus and the teachers, we are nowhere. It is their teaching and grooming that has kept us afloat in our lives.
