The Light Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

The Light

Rating: 5.0

I have been aimlessly wandering
In the darkness of my thoughts
Lost, there's no direction I can take
For there's no way I haven't thought of
To get me out
No guru or thing
Could help escape this confusion
Left with it I continue to roam
With the theories on where to go
I still have no way to evade this feeling
But I see the light beyond the doubt
And I am crawling towards it

This poem resonates with me and just like what you expressed in the closure lines, we have the power to conquer confusion. A wonderful well crafted poem.

It's great when confusion finally begins to clear. You described confusion and its dissipation very well.5 stars.
