The Past, The Presence, And The Future
My love for poetry will perpetually exist
in many e-zines, Magazines, Journals, and all there is
Poem Hunter is the first Poem Site to give me the greatest Peace
since there is no obligement to submit or not, that ease
I was very much lost on Poem Hunter long time gone
that is now behind and things are going very well done
love to write about any topic and in many languages
love to write long and short poems for all ages
I have seen poets given the numbers climbing to the top 100
The greatest question is what one must do to achieve this status
gradually I have got the seven years itch being here
many times I have been thinking, take away all posted poems
then I am gone but not out of the country
I remain at my residence and still love very very much poetry

My dear friend, Sylvia, you are a top Poet on this site as Kevin stated in his comment. I have read many of your wonderful poems that created an impact on this site and of course in Poetry.
Sylvia, your poems have been tremendously beautiful and influential. Ive seen several poets who I love take their work down, some I can find and some remain lost. It would be a tremendous loss if you took yours down. best regards, you are a top poet on this site.
I think, the top poems are selected based on readership. Dillipji knows the ways of PoemHunter better.
Sylvia has already been endowed with the biggest accomplishment on PoemHunter. During April 2022 (if I remember right) she was feted as The Poet of The Day. It is a great accomplishment. Poem Of the Day or an entry in Top 100 Poems etc. are nothing compared this. So, no doubt, you are on top.

Quality is more important than quantity. it's not a bad idea fo focus on quality dear poetess! At the end of the day, a good poet expects readership. Your name will be remebered forever for your qualitative contribution to the field of poetry not for volumnous output!
