There Were Many Colours Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

There Were Many Colours

Rating: 5.0

There were many colours,
I liked the white colour most
And I tried to accept it,
But it fled from me,
I could not understand the reason,
Suddenly the black colour came
And embraced me with a smiling face,
Being angry and frustrated,
I tried to reject it,
Soon someone whispered to me from aside,
'Dear pal!
Black is white for you.'
