True Love But Painful
Rating: ★5.0
I know about all your faults and silly idiosyncrasies,
but I accept them because I love you.
I know you love yourself more than you love anyone else
and think that you are God's gift, but I still love you.
There is no one more selfish, but that's just the way you are.
You never consider the pain you cause with the hurtful things you say.
But I can forgive that because I love and adore you.
I also know that you don't love me, or would miss me if I went away.
But I can live with your faults and without your love being returned.
Being near to you, and being able to hear your voice satisfies me.
I absolutely worship the ground you stand upon.
My mind is always full of you, but I hate knowing that is how it has to be.
