Two talking parrots sat on a tree,
talking and laughing as happy as can be,
one said to the other, 'let's have some fun,
and mimic the humans, just for fun! '
So they started chatting, with accents so refined,
making jokes and puns, and being quite kind,
people stopped and stared, they could not believe,
two parrots talking like us, it was hard to conceive.
The parrots laughed and squawked, playing it up,
so many were amused, their antics unstoppable,
but then something happened, and it wasn't so funny,
the parrots couldn't stop, they went on a ranting spree.
They mimicked politicians and spouted fake news,
a crocked politician could not bear it all,
he ordered policemen to put them into a cage
and in isolation, let take out their frustration and rage.
Now the parrots have learned a lesson, that talent's a gift,
But using it wisely, is the only way that will give you a lift.
Superb superb dear poet. Talent's a gift---------lift.Truest conclusion.Enjoyed your satirical poem.Full stars and more.
I liked the last part where the two are inside the cage, lost their freedom just because they could not keep their mouth shut.

Wow, I got it, Aren't you talking about Originals and Copy Cats? Impressive, I understand. Are you referring to the distinction between Authentic and Imitation? The comparison you made with Parrots is a brilliant illustration of the current state of affairs in our society.
