খণ্ড খণ্ড মেঘমালার সিংহাসনে
কবিতার কথাগুলো রাজত্ব করে

সময় সময় বেদনার হাহাকার
বজ্র হয়ে অশ্রু ঝরায়

যেখানে হৃদয় হারিয়ে গেছে
কপোতের উড়ে যাওয়া ডানার সাথে

শারদীয় হিমেল হাওয়ায়
তুষারের আনাগোনা সেখানে

শুনি দূর প্রান্তে
তুমি ভালো আছো সে কবিতায়

তুমি জানো
বিজলী চমকে সে কবিতা থমকে যায়
আর এ বিবাগী হৃদয় থাকে শূন্যতায়

On a piece of cloudy throne
The words of the poem reign

Cries of pain from time to time
Shedding tears being thunder

Where the heart is lost
With the flew away wings of a dove

There is coming and going on snow
In the autumnal cold breeze

Listening I'm from stranded bank
You're good at poetry

You know
with a flash of lightning, the poetry loses its shine
And this wandering heart lives also in empty mine
