When There Are No More Fairy Tales Poem by Aqua Flower

When There Are No More Fairy Tales

Rating: 5.0

The princess lays sick
only watching the clock tick
no more fairy tales to be told
she lays in her bed that's cold
she feels the constant dread
of the loneliness that lies ahead
no more fantasies to keep her going
no more wind to keep her sails blowing

Loneliness can keep emotions so still and it is hard to feel the wind at your back. Very good writing.

A broken heart needs fairy tales even more. But there should be the proper bard to sing them.Nice poem Flower

Many people experience this at least once in their lives. (Of course to various degrees and circumstances) Fairy tales are for the few born into privilege and or fortune. Some can and do break barriers. For the rest; try to be happy.: -)
