Wife's Retaliation.... Poem by Varsha M

Wife's Retaliation....

Rating: 4.8

No woman in love
With her hubby
Ever choose to say
I can't wait for thee
For she knows a fiery voice of her
Breaks her robust hubby
Though he never shows it
But even then she understands and respect
And even though she can do many things
Choose to be submissive to him
Respecting his masculinity.

Feminity if her is just enough
To tantalize like a toy of choice
But still she sticks to the one
Believing him to be her old man
Knowing even a minute streak of misconception
Shatters the trust build over the years
And also she very well knows
The boundaries in a married life
Counts above all the investment done
Tall in her wise thoughts, she nurture
Complements every step of her mister.

Don't ever put your wife in such situation
Where she happens to make a big mistake, then
Don't blame her that she had unfaithful intentions
For she too is a being with flesh and blood fabrications
And must have broken in the dearth of support she need
But had nothing but haunting eyes that label her as bad.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The opening lines are from the poem woman by me poet yeps poet. Though he ended his poem on positive notes, these lines caught my eyes and I penned it in praise of every wife who never utter a word not because they cannot but only to let the life bloom and flourish. A word of harshness and an I'll insult is just enough to spark the process of ruin. I wanted to use this image for my this 499th poem

To get your soul mate as your husband is of great luck. Otherwise, it is a dreary journey, full of remorse and regrets. Merely existing and tolerating each other as husband and wife is, indeed, a boring life. Your poem highlights the sorrow of many wives who have not known what true love is. Though a sad poem, Varsha, you have been honest in portraying the bitter truth. Heartiest Congratulations on your 499th poem, dear Varsha....5 Stars

Yes if pushed against the wall such retaliation is bound to bounce back. You dealt the subject very sensibly and conveyed the message perfectly.5***
