Take my wings of prayer, Lord
The tears in my eyes
Blow blow it away
To be healed
By the balm
Of your
Soothing touch
I can wait
I can fly
To be closer
To your embrace
To be touched
And never say why
I only want sunshine
I only want laughter
You gave me a song
To make my spirit strong
