You And Me
When I stare at the pleasant road,
I see you and me
Walking together
With great enthusiasm,
When I gaze at the unpleasant road,
I also see you and me
Walking together
With true energy and elan,
Even when I stare at no road,
I feel you and me
Proceeding together
With great energy and spirit,
Then I smile with real ease
And realise that
I have not lived in vain.
