You Are On My List! - Poem by Mary Nagy

No trinket and no bauble
would fill this ache inside.
No ''frilly little number''
would allow my heart to hide.

All I want for Christmas
is some special time alone.
I've told you through my poetry
and I've told you on the phone.

Don't ask me what I'm hoping for.
I know you've read my list!
You're name's the only thing on it.
I can't believe the hint's you've missed!

Mary, guys are pretty dense... hints and poetry aren't always enough, sometimes you have to really S.P.E.L.L it out for us. Good write! !
